How to register, make new bookings, and amend or cancel existing bookings.


You can register by following the link below and completing the registration form. Upon completion you will be emailed login credentials, you can reset your password when you login and once you have been approved, you can then purchase credits and make bookings.

Flexible Booking Options

Depending on your childcare needs, you can choose to book a one-off session, a week or two, or indeed book all the sessions that you require for the full school year, even if the days differ weekly (subject to availability).

Pre-payment Policy

All sessions must be booked and paid for before your child attends. Bookings can be paid by card and by topping up your wallet with credit, from which future bookings can be paid. If your child arrives at the collection point after school, and the session has not been paid in full, we will be unable to sign them in, and will not be insured to have them in our care.

Amend or Cancel a Booking

We are delighted to be able to facilitate the amendment/cancellation of sessions.

You can cancel any session up to 24 hours before the start time of that session. The full cost of this session will then be credited to your account, and can be used towards the cost of a future booking. You will not receive credit for any cancellation made within 24 hours of the start of a session.

If you wish to change an existing session to a session of shorter/longer duration, you can simply cancel the existing session (more than 24 hours in advance you will receive credit) and then re-book the new session time that you require (subject to availability)

Please Note: If your child will not be attending a session for any reason, we MUST still be notified so that staff are not expecting them at the collection point, and/or searching the school grounds to locate your child.
