Flexible Booking Options

Depending on your childcare needs, you can choose to book a one-off session, a week or two, or indeed book all the sessions that you require for the full school year, even if the days differ weekly (subject to availability).

Pre-payment Policy

All sessions must be booked and paid for before your child attends. Bookings can be paid by card. If you have not paid for your sessions by 4pm on the Friday beforehand, the bookings will automatically cancel and you will need to rebook the sessions for your child to attend with us.

Amend or Cancel a Booking

We are delighted to be able to facilitate the amendment/cancellation of sessions.

You can cancel any session up to 24 hours before the start time of that session. The full cost of this session will then be credited to your account, and can be used towards the cost of a future booking. You will not receive credit for any cancellation made within 24 hours of the start of a session.

If you wish to change an existing session to a session of shorter/longer duration with more than 24 hours notice, you can simply log into your account to do so. You will receive credit for the difference if you book a shorter session. If you need to amend a booking within 24 hours, please do not cancel the booking and rebook as you will not receive credit for the cancelled session and will be charged again for the new session. Instead, please email your Coordinator to let them know that you will collect earlier or later than planned.

Please Note: If your child will not be attending a session for any reason, we MUST still be notified so that staff are not expecting them at the collection point, and/or searching the school grounds to locate your child.
